Items eligible for returns/exchanges
Item or items must be returned within 14 business days of purchase. If your 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer a store credit or exchange.Item or items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns or exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit.
Items NOT eligible for returns/exchanges
- Customized / personalized items.
- Holiday items.
- Clearance or mystery items of any kind.
Do I pay for returns or exchanges?
You will be responsible for the shipping cost when you are initiating an exchange.Original shipping fee will not be returned in any circumstance.
If return/exchange process is not followed you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
